Mr. K.P.N. Kutty, with over 40 years of expertise in science, technology, and operations management, has been instrumental in shaping Inexoft Technologies since its foundational stages. A Post graduate of the prestigious University of London, where he earned a Master’s degree in Nuclear Physics, Mr. Kutty began his career with a decade of groundbreaking research, setting the stage for his remarkable journey in innovation and leadership. He played a pivotal role at KELTRON, a leading Government of Kerala Corporation, serving as Managing Director across four divisions. Under his leadership, KELTRON became a pioneer in manufacturing electronic products, from components to advanced systems. His tenure at KELTRON left such a significant impact that his service was extended for three additional years.
Mr. Kutty further showcased his leadership as head of Namtech Electronic Devices Ltd., Bangalore, and as Managing Director of Vitalect Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of California-based Vitalect Inc. His expertise helped solidify the company’s reputation in the global software industry.
As Chairman of Inexoft, Mr. Kutty’s visionary guidance and strategic insights continue to inspire innovation and excellence, driving the company’s mission of transforming businesses through technology. His legacy of impactful leadership remains a cornerstone of Inexoft’s success and growth.

Ms. Rekha, a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in operations management, serves as the Director and CEO of Inexoft Technologies. A postgraduate in Finance, she brings a unique combination of operational expertise and financial acumen to the organization.
She began her career as the Branch Head of Sterling Computers, a leading Middle East-based computer hardware provider to multinational corporations, where she successfully managed operations and drove business growth. Alongside her corporate roles, she has supported numerous organizations by streamlining financial processes and enhancing resource management.
At Inexoft, Ms. Rekha plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering innovation. Her leadership continues to drive Inexoft’s mission to deliver transformative technology solutions to businesses worldwide.
Subhash Babu K
Director of Corporate Strategy
Mr. Subhash Babu K., a visionary entrepreneur and mentor, brings over 30 years of expertise in finance, technology, and business strategy to Inexoft Technologies. His leadership has been instrumental in driving innovation and delivering transformative solutions across diverse industries and geographies.Co-founding Inexoft Technologies, Mr. Subhash identified inefficiencies in the dairy industry and led the development of ERP solutions that digitalized milk collection, enhanced quality testing, and ensured supply chain transparency. These innovations empowered over 100,000 farmers and 1,000 cooperatives, establishing Inexoft as a leader in technology-driven transformation.
A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Subhash has significantly contributed to the startup ecosystem. As the founder of Malabar Innovation Entrepreneurship Zone (MIZONE), he has incubated 120+ startups, creating over 1,000 job opportunities. He also co-founded Malabar Angels, Kerala’s first regional angel investor network, fostering funding ecosystems for innovative ventures. His passion for mentoring has led him to deliver over 1,000 sessions on digital transformation and business scaling, empowering entrepreneurs globally. In addition to his role at Inexoft, Mr. Subhash serves as Director & Strategic Advisor for many domestic and overseas organisation in diversified industrial sector which includes Mazi Diktyo International Pvt. Ltd., Gluconia Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd., Business Technology Research & Analytics Centre (BTRAC), Indocom International Pvt Ltd.
With certifications in Digital Transformation from IIM Kozhikode and Business Analytics from IIT Hyderabad, Mr. Subhash combines strategic insight and cutting-edge expertise to guide businesses toward sustainable growth.
