Inexoft Technologies is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Software Technical Support Executive to assist clients in using our software products effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software issues via phone, email, or remote sessions.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications for clients.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the development or QA teams as needed.
- Guide clients through step-by-step solutions and software features.
Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and professional support. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product usability and performance.
- Provide onsite support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science)
- Experience: 1–2 years in software technical support.
- Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and networking concepts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP or accounting software support.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic database management.
